Online Scheduling Guide

Online Scheduling is now live!

Please read the following information before scheduling an online appointment.

Established patients may schedule sick-visit appointments online at any office. Select the visit reason, then choose your preferred location to view available appointment times. If online scheduling displays “not accepting new patients,” please note that this message applies only to online appointments.

If your child has never been seen by OCP or has not been seen within the past 3 years, please call the office at 502-225-6277 to schedule.

Important

Appointments scheduled incorrectly through the online system may need to be rescheduled to ensure the correct visit type and enough provider time.

👤 Who Can Schedule Online

Online scheduling is available for sick visits only for active, established patients in good standing.

👨‍👩‍👧 Scheduling Siblings

  • Each child must have a separate appointment.

  • Up to two siblings may be scheduled back-to-back with the same provider.

  • If siblings are scheduled with different providers, another adult must accompany them.

📋 Choose the Visit Reason

The visit reason helps the provider understand what should be addressed during the appointment.

🤒 Sick Visit: Briefly describe the illness or symptoms.

❤️‍🩹 Injury: Briefly describe what happened and which body part is affected.

💻 Televisit Appointments

Some conditions cannot be fully evaluated through telemedicine. If the provider determines that an in-person visit is needed, we may call to reschedule the appointment.

📍 Choosing Another Location

Use the location dropdown menu to view appointment availability at either office.

Please Call the Office to make an appointment if:

Your child has not been seen in the past 3 years

There is a past-due balance on the account

You need a Saturday appointment
